Hulls need to be 20 years or newer.
Hulls 20+ years are considered on a case-by-case basis.
We generally need proof of income on all loan requests over $200,000.
Typical down payments:
- $25,000 – $100,000: 10% down
- $100,000 – $250,000: 15% down
- $250,000+: 20% down
Term lengths of the loan will vary pending the age of the vessel.
A couple of our partner banks offer programs for no proof of income up to $250,000 — essentially a "no doc loan." Minimum 15% down payment, up to 20-year term. The current rate on these loans is 7.49%.
