We generally need proof of income on all loan requests over $200,000.00.
Typical down payments need:
$25,000.00-$100,000.00 – 10% down payments
$100,000.00-$250,000.00 – 15% down payments
$250,000.00+ - 20% down payments
Term lengths of the loan will vary pending the age of the vessel

I do have a couple banks that offer programs for no proof of income up to $250,000.00. In essence it is a "no doc loan." We need a minimum of 15% down payment and they will do up to 20-year term. The current rate on these loans is 7.49%.
